within the lower 48 states of the USA and Canada at the prices listed on this website
for orders over $101.00. Orders $100.00 or less are charged a
flat $6.00 shipping fee per boxed item or items.

For orders to
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and all other locations, shipping
charges and methods will be determined and forwarded to the
purchaser. These charges will be at a discounted rate from those
actually offered to allow for the free freight offered in the USA (48).
Shipment of all orders outside the USA (48) which incur a shipping charge will
not be processed without the approval of the purchaser.
This offer is valid at the discretion of
e-mat and may be withdrawn at any time, however no shipping charges
will be accessed on any order without the prior approval of the
