Terms & Conditions
Payment terms are prepaid via Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Credit Card
(Visa, AMEX, MasterCard & Discovery) unless prior arrangements for credit
have been established. COD shipments are available on a selected basis at the discretion
of e-mat. In the event credit has been approved, terms are net 30 days from date
of invoice. Past due invoices are subject to interest charges of 1-1/2% per 30

All orders are shipped prepaid via ground United Parcel Service. For expedited
shipments all freight charges over and above the normal UPS ground charges will
be billed to the customer. When UPS limits are
exceeded, we will ship the most reliable method. For expedited shipments we will
ship on the customers preferred carrier and their account if desired and provide
a discount from the prices listed in consideration for our free shipping
service. All orders under $100.00 will pay a shipping charges as indicated
on our shipping information page.
Specifications for all products are subject to change without prior written
notice when such changes are made to achieve improved product appearance,
design or performance. Items effected in this manner are not recognized
as valid reasons for return.
Errors in text, graphics and prices may
occur on this website.
Product colors and textures are reproduced on our web site as accurately as
possible. We are not responsible for the output of our customers' monitors or
printers. Colors and textures represent average production runs and may vary
slightly from time to time, depending on dye lot and compound variations. Final
color selections should be made from actual samples. To order samples of

Due to the inherent qualities of rubber, plastic and vinyl and their
manufacturing process, all sizes may have a tolerance of + or - 4%.
Claims and Returns
No returns are allowed without prior authorization of e-mat. It
is not our policy to accept mats that are returned for any reason other than
manufacturing defect. If you are not sure of the color request sample
swatches, they will be sent free of charge. This
policy may be waived by the management of e-mat however there will be a 25%
restocking fee plus freight charges incurred.
Cancellation of an order must be made prior to shipment. Notification
must be in writing via email, US Post Office, fax or equivalent. If an order has
already shipped it will be subject to the return policy set forth above in the
"Claims and Returns" section. All custom sizes, logos and custom
orders may not be cancelled except as noted below in the " Special / Custom
Orders" section. Orders that are made prepaid via a check, money order or
credit card will be refunded by a like manner after all funds have cleared and a
5% charge for handling and processing will be deducted from any refund due.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from confirmation of
Damaged Goods / Shortages
To protect your interests, it is imperative to inspect and count articles before
accepting shipment. Damages or shortages should be documented on the freight
bill. If damage or shortage occurs, contact e-mat for assistance in filing a
claim, According to ICC regulations, filing claims with freight carriers is the
responsibility of the consignee (receiving party). Claims for lost or damaged
goods cannot be honored after six (6) months from the date of shipment.
Special / Custom Orders
Custom or special orders (such as Logo
Mats and custom cut mats) that are "in production" or have already
been shipped may not be cancelled for any reason and may only be returned as set
forth above in the section Claims and Returns. All custom / special orders
requiring artwork (such as Logo Mats and custom cut mats) must be approved by
customer in writing prior to start of production.
All quotations oral or written must be documented with a valid quotation number.
Quotations are only valid with this quotation number and for a period of no more
than 90 days.
Limits of Liability
Customer acknowledges that the price of e-mat's products are predicated on the
enforceability of the following limitation of liability and that the price would
be substantially higher if e-mat could not limit its liability as herein
provided and that customer accepts this limitation of liability in exchange of a
lower price: e-mat shall have no liability to customer for and including but not
limited to lost profits or any special, consequential, exemplary or incidental
damages of any kind weather arising in contract, tort, product liability or
otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such lost profits or damage.
Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless e-mat for and including but
not limited to damages, injuries or deaths of any kind and/or for any reason
from the use or misuse of any product purchased, supplied, manufactured or
brokered through and/or by e-mat.
Customer acknowledges that the
jurisdiction for any legal action between e-mat, any of its representatives,
employees or officers and the customer initiated by either party will take place
solely in Manatee County, Florida.
Privacy & Security
e-mat uses a SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
from Vcart and provides the latest security standards for its customers to
request information and to purchase its products. The customer may need to
provide personal contact information and/or financial information to
complete a transaction. The contact information is used to send order confirmations,
process orders, provide product information and fulfill other customer requests
about our company and its products. The financial information that is collected
is used to bill the customer for items purchased. We DO NOT store any of this
financial information on our in-house computers. Your transaction and all of its
financial information is only used by the credit card processing center to
complete the purchase. We will not sell or use any of this information in
anyway accept as stated above.
