• Conductive durable rubber with elastic strap construction 
  fits over most shoes, male or female
• Elastic D-ring assembly on an elastic band allows snug 
  adjustable fit behind the heel
• Can be used on either foot
• Only type of ground strap acceptable for use with high heels
• Decay rate <0.1 seconds
• 1 meg ohm resistor for safety
• Meets EOS/ESD S1
